While Result Maxima does not sell personal information in the traditional sense, certain data sharing activities may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.
Our Current Practices
Result Maxima currently does NOT:
- Sell personal information to third parties for monetary compensation
- Share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law

To exercise your right to opt-out, you can:

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request.
Verification Process
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This helps protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests. We will respond to verified requests within 15 business days.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different level of service, or be denied goods or services for opting out.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require verification that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf, such as a signed written authorization or power of attorney.
